First day of reboot... No sleep HELP!!

I am 18 years old.I have been watching porn since I was 12. Recently , I have started having no morning wood.I can only get an erection to hardcore porn.I came to know about PIED. I just started my reboot yesterday.I couldn't sleep the whole night  even after repeated attempts.It has been more than 36 hrs without sleep yet I am not sleepy.Is this normal?PLZ HELP

Trouble sleeping is common among rebooters. However, no sleep in 36 hours might be on the more extreme end of what we typically see. Here is a video I made on sleep related concerns during the reboot process.

If it continues like this where you can't sleep at all, I'd see a doctor/mental health professional to rule out other problems. In the meantime, try intense exercising, meditation, reading before sleep, and see if that helps any. Welcome to the Nation, hope the best for you.

THANKS a ton for the advice. I slept for 11 hrs just after reading some pages of a book.
