Passing a test
« on: June 11, 2015, 09:27:33 AM »
Facebook scrolling is a killer for me. I can mindlessly scroll and then it happens...the workout video, the summer pics, and the endless selfies, all sending me directly to porn. 16 days so far and it feels great to click the 'X' and leave. Thank you guys for helping me understand this for what it really is rather than some damn help book. As soon as i saw those images i can recognize my heart rate and feel that dop just rushing away. Now i know and i feel empowered to beat this. For all you guys with facebook triggers.......recognize it, take note, and walk away!

That is fantastic.  Yes, learning to pass that test, which must be passed, over and over every day, especially in the beginning, is huge.  I promise you that if you can continue to pass it for 90 straight days, it becomes so easy it is not even a test.
