Feeling aesexual. Did PMO do that to me?
« on: December 22, 2020, 01:58:47 PM »
For the past few months I've been feeling aesexual. No sexual desire, no desire to Masturbate or to watch Porn. I feel like my sex drive has been completely turned off. I started Nofap 20 days ago in order to fix this, but so far no improvment.

Is it PMO that desensitized my brain too much to sexual stimuli and made me feel like that in the first place?

I went to an urologist and he said everything is physically ok with me.

In my experience, yes PMO can eventually arrive at a point where we feel no desire, not even for porn.

It can take some time to see the benefits of nofap. Today is day 129 for me and I'm still in a flatline.

Did you also have low/non existent libido/sexual desire before starting nofap?

I have a partner. She sleeps next to me most nights. I have absolutely no desire to have sex with her. None! However, I'm always ready to open a few tabs of porn. Sometimes I've jacked off to porn when she leaves the room rather than try to have sex with her. That's how bad things have got for me. I have no libido.

I've rebooted in the past and the results were amazing. From having non existent libido she suddenly because the most interesting thing in the room and we had some amazing sex, but porn pulled me back in and here I am again.

Stop watching porn and your libido will return. I promise you this! It might also be good to stop masturbating for a period too. Masturbation isn't really the problem. Masturbating to porn is absolutely out of the question.

Good luck!!

This sounds a lot like the "flat line" that you hear about a lot in different people's rebooting accounts and in various videos about rebooting. I would look the topic up on YourBrainOnPorn.com. The the info published there would probably help with understanding a loss of libido during reboot.
