Hey guys.

This week has been so hectic. None of the work, i would've hoped to be finished with by tomorrow has been done. Not because i havent tried to do my studies and sidejobs, but simply of reasons, that were out of my control. And that is really triggering me, moving in, towards the weekend. Alot of porn flashbacks, heart-racing, when hit from cravings and so on. Panic atttacks.

Havent led to relapse, but it is really hard to keep going strong, even though that is what i want. I will not give in. And i just had to share that with you.

Even though the work might be hectic and exhaustng, you can use it sa a good distraction from the urge to PMO. Keeping the mind and body busy is a great tool in the early stages of the reboot. Work youself into delerium and complete exhaustion! That can save you from relapsing when you dont even have the energy to fap!

Yeah, and i did. Came home from university in the evening, opened up an adult website, just to close it down immediately. Then i went to the gym, came home and read a book with a cup of tea before going to bed. So freaking relieving :D. A month ago, i would have taken a real relapse. Really glad to see my willpower to not let this slip, and even though it was close, i got on with something else, something better.
