Stillme, I'm sorry to see you leave but you need to put your own needs ahead of forum politics. Nobody should have to deal with the upset that some people on this forum have put you through especially with everything you have been through in your personal life recently.
Events over the past few days have made me think again about my own participation here. We're here because of what we've been through. We're here because we need to heal. We're here because we recognise the pain of others and we know how important it is fit that person to know that they are not alone.
Over the past few months the partners section has been sabotaged and derailed a few times, and we have witnessed it happen yet again. This forum has helped me to understand my situation much better than if I had not been part of it. I am grateful to the women here who have faced their situations with great fortitude, and who have supported me when I needed it.
I have reached a stage in my own recovery where I'm beginning to see that I need some space and time to rebuild the parts of my life that have been neglected since d day, as well as to work on my own healing and my relationship with my partner who continues to do well.
Thank you to all the good people who have supported me.
