Multiple Emotions in one day.
« on: July 17, 2014, 05:50:15 AM »
Some days I am Super motivated then lethargic, then a few hours later happy, then a few hours later I can  be close to crying, then calm. This all  in the space of one day. Is this common during a reboot? Any other folks experienced this?

I believe it is typical. Definitely true for me.

Some days I go through more emotions than I ever knew existed, it is very difficult but an important part of brain rebalancing. You will become more stable with time provided you're not relapsing

Yeah, this is normal.
You could be having a great day but when the energy levels are down,
it doesn't feel like it.
I guess whenever you do get those super motivated days, better get
all your chores done because on other days, you'll be dragging your feet.
