Hey gents,
I just had sex with my girlfriend after 30 days of no orgasm. She had to blow me to get me off, but that didn't take long, and the sensation was much better. We are going to have sex again in another week or so as we only orgasmed together once a few years back so we're going to try out different positions and see what works best for both of us.  COVID had put a monkey wrench in my workout routine, but i'm going to start doing the at home workouts more. will be here with updates.

25 days into no PMO. Goal is 45 days, but may go longer if necessary. As mentioned in a previous post, I have been off of porn for over three years but was still fantasizing to get off and masterbating with weird grips etc. This will be my last reboot, as I will be ready to rewire after no orgasm for this extended period. I know that last time I went without orgasm for 45 days, I got off with my girlfriend no problem. That said, I may decide to go 50 or even 60 days if necessary. As I said, I want this to be it.

Hi gents,
I have been porn free for more than 3 years, but I still suffer from ED due to porn related fantasy and masterbating with a weird grip that makes ejaculating during sex difficult. In the past, I was able to orgasm during sex with my girlfriend after 45 days of no PMO, so today is day 1. Very happy that I have stayed off of porn for so long, but now it's time to start ejaculating during sex. Still using Cialis and may always need that, but that's cool. The last step for me is to never need to fantasize about porn to get off.
