20 yrs old male enrolling to overcome porn addiction. The last few months its been out of control, I sleep only 6 or 4 hrs a sleep im not watching porn all the time but once i do i cant stop (i mean at night). Im tired both psycholocally and physically. Just need someones help so i sort of can get a hold of this state of taking a time out so i could pause watchig porn. It wasnt as bad before. Ive met girls in real life and online so i sort of fantsize about them through watching porn. I had a  crush once and did not feel the need to watch porn at all.
