Porn Addiction / Re: Tried Therapy.

Oh no , I am sorry for your bad therapeutic experiences. The therapist thought that your problem was not PMO itself , but the "irational guilt" of doing it and want you to talk out
of that. We know that is bullshit.

I don't know how the system in your countrie works (i am from germany) but here is a big line between two kind of therapist.

One studied psychology and than make the training for a psychological therapist that is coverd by insurance. Most of them are really not good , because everything they
know is from studying.

The other are learning humanistic methodes like gestalttherapy , bioenergetics , narm , family constellations and so on and have a lot of therapy done for themselfes. There are not coverd by insurance and most of them are really good.

Maybe you find one of the later.

Partners of Rebooters and Addicts / Re: How to have sex again?

someone has to say it.

Maybe he just pretend that he quite porn.

Maybe he don't love you and your relationship is over anyway.

ok , now that these to options are speaken out , their are some rare implications that his ED is just a medical problems that normal doctors won't find , like a problem with the lumbar vertebrae.

Masturbating him is the totaly wrong approach ! he has to move his (hopefully)fucking pelvis!
In Masturbation man hold their pelvis still and the hand is doing the movement , so the hand is the male and the penis the female. If he lies down and let you do the work , where is the difference?!

He must learn to fuck again! Which means to move his pelvis , which includes the belly and the pelvic floor , booth of them I guess are chronically tensioned.
There are people saying that we don't move in sex for feeling , we are feeling to move ;)
Every kind of consciounes movement , like martial arts , yoga , dancing or so on will help.

Ok , if you train them already i'm wrong and it's propaly not the cause. I would give your pelvic floor a rest , maybe massage it a little bit.

But because a lot of people missunderstood this pelvic floor stuff i will write a bit about it the next days , because i have the theory that it's not purely
about the strength , it is about habitual tension patterns that are trained by masturbation and totaly useless for real sex where you move your pelvis.

You don't answered the question how long your are rebooting , but if you are in need for a little help in those sex-rich days you can try the Aminoacid Arginin ,
it helped me alot.

Maybe there are some psychological issues too , do you want that much sex? is there something in your relationship that has to be spoken about? Do you love that girl?

How long are you rebooting? Do you train your pelvic floor?  Lots of people forget about their pelvic floor , but it has to be retoned after you trained yourself into tension-patterns that work for
masturbation but not for real sex.

Do Kegel exercises , but keep the focus on slow and controlled relaxation of the muscles while inhalation after pushing them togheter while exhalation.
Maybe your are at the start not able to relaxe them controlled , than it's ok to first just contract the muscles.

If you start with that things will get worse for a few days because you make the muscles that keep your dick up tired , but then they will grow stronger real quick.
