Title: During a reboot, complete abstinence even with humans?

Hi, newbie here but here for the same reasons.  So, I am willing to give up external artificial stimuli to get sensitive again, but my question is, say during a reboot, you meet this awesome person, are you suppose to refrain from any sexual acts with a real human?

The only rule for a reboot is no artificial sexual stimulation. Sexual contact with a partner is encouraged. As for advice on orgasm/masturbation read this page:
