Title: 2 months. Relapsed. Time to end it FOREEVER
Post by: dashingdj on June 06, 2015, 04:35:36 AM
I am a 23 year old guy from India.. I started porn on my age 17... Without knowing how bad it is affecting me, I fell deep.. When I found out, I was in deep shit... I have been trying a lot since the last one year with lots of failures... Now I am at a very important point of my career and I am in love with the most wonderful girl of my world... I am not going to allow porn destroy my life... I am starting this thread to be my guardian and I will be uploading my progress daily....

Keep up the good work man! I will tell you that the hardest part is usually the first two weeks or so, because your body is constantly looking for that dopamine rush so you get a lot of urges and anxiety. After that, things get simple because of the flatline (which i'm currently in) and ya pretty much just coast from there! Stay strong my man!!

Just get over those first ten days or so and it will get much easier. You know your triggers and what to watch out for now. Do it again!
