I really don't remember how old I was but I remember going over to a relatives house and I went to the VCR and pressed play and there it was BAM. I turned it off quick cuz my little sister was in the room too. So I went back by myself and watched a few minutes and man I loved it. I remember I stole a few porn tapes and would sneak and watch em every once in a while. They I would throw them out cuz I didn't want to get caught. So yeah I think I was 10 or 11. Then after that I would jack off to booty videos that came on late night or soft core porn that came on HBO Or Showtime. I didn't learn about internet porn until maybe 15 but even then I didn't have internet access then so not much porn use from Age 14-18 just here and there a friend would take a DVD from his brother or something.

Then when after I graduated I went to a porn shop about three different times and bought three DVDs each time. Then I would throw them out cuz I would fell like I was going to hell lol then around 19 I got the internet and boom here I am. So from 19-24 that's the heavy use there. Usually two days a week two or three times in those days. By I could and would go like 7 days between PMO if my work schedule was messed up. ( so say today is Sunday and my next day off is next Monday I would wait until then to PMO cuz I knew I would bust a bigger nut and my dick would be rock the more days I waited) 

Since November 4th 2013 I've seriously tried to quit with my longest streak of no PMO being the current one, and the second longest was 23 days. And I had a 11 day streak, 8, and 7 and I think 6 a few weak streaks of like 2 or 3 lol so here I am today. I look back and if you would told me I could go 50+ days without PMO I would say there's no way but I did it.

5 months into my reboot since November. Seems longer than it has been. Feels good to have made this progress. Random erections like my younger days, noticing women. The only bad thing is these headaches and tension in my head and neck. I went to the doctors and of course the said I'm fine. Blood tests came back normal. Blood pressure fine. So yeah just some withdrawal. You can't blame my brain. All those years of porn

Big congrats! I know it's no small feat and it's awesome that you're sharing your story. I broke my best streak when I was around your mark and let me tell you, it's not worth it. Just remember how much better it feels to be in control and how much respect people like me have for you. Keep at it!

I had semen leakage for the first time in my life yesterday. I guess that's a good thing?? But I have had more morning wood and random erections during the day. I've noticed more confidence to talk to women, and I love how they look so it's all apart of the process. I'm just gonna keep on trucking. Headaches still suck but I think I'm going to start taking vitamins for that

Well freaking done for going on for what is looking to be 60 days. Don't ever think p is the way, my last streak was 26 days over 3 months ago and until the present it's taken quite awhile for me to get as serious. For a person that can do 60, 90 should just be seen as merely another month in the calendar.

Then you can have a B.I.G. celebration and as the summer will be coming, you couldn't have picked a better time to reboot.

Thanks for the encouragement. These withdrawal symptoms sometimes make me think "fuck I didn't feel like this when I jacked off to porn. I'm just gonna go back and do it once a week" but I know that's bullshit. The only way to feel better is to keep fighting through it and leave porn in the past

Since January I've been able to MO in the shower once every 6 days or so. I think I want to have a period when I don't do that either. Yesterday I MO and that was after 9 days of abstaining. So I'm going to try for a long streak of no MO ( and when I do MO I never use fantasy just the feeling and no death grip either) oh yeah I have 60 days no PMO . My last streak was 23 days then I went two days relapsed again then I said "no more!!!" And here I am now. So do the math that's actually 83 days clean out of 86 days woooow I never ever ever could have done that a few years ago. But now my mindset is changed and I don't depend on porn on a computer screen to get me off!!! ( still want to have a period where I don't O at all so that's the next goal. Maybe I'll do 30 days no MO just because)

Going in on 76 days. Withdrawal symptoms seem to be slowly going away like my brain is finally realizing it's not going to be getting porn anymore.

Still having withdrawal. Had it since February 27th until now. I guess that's normal right

I should mention I peeked at porn 32 days ago on March 17th and have been MO in the shower  with no fantasy every 7-8 days

I take a core daily 1 multivitamin, and fish oil pills. I also have a muscle relaxer. But it seems the headaches just have to happen we just gotta ride them out. The fish oil is said to help depression
