equals ejaculating to thoughts, ejaculating to porn ?

Hello guys, in many cases I used to ejaculate just to pictures and scenes in my head, and not on the screen. Does that change my rebooting process ? Thank you in advance !

Sometimes a screen is your TV, sometimes a screen is your monitor or phone, and sometimes a screen is the insides of your eyelids.  The behavior is the same, you're just maybe giving your imagination a bigger workout if you do it without a screen.

I kind of had the same thought. As a kid I would masturbate anytime, anywhere without the need for porn. Now, I've been looking at porn for so long, I don't even know if I could do that. But, I don't think masturbating occasionally is a bad thing, but I do think we need to kick the porn habit before we can get back to the occasional session without the need for the hard core porn. Maybe I'm wrong in this thinking and I'll never get there. For now, I'm looking at complete abstinence from any type of porn or masturbation. I need to reboot. I need to clear my mind.

Maybe it's different for everyone.
