i am 16 years old and i suspect i have PIED

hey guys, i am 16 years old mas for 4 years my only sexual contact was through pornography but i meet a girl from another state and we started dating and i decreased the use of pornography but i didn't stop completely because i didn't know the harm that pornography causes, time passed until  I went to her house and there we did things like masturbating each other and oral each other and not sex in fact, everything flowed well, I just felt that I lost a little erection when I stopped stimulating but I managed to maintain a good erection so much that we did it about 3 times a day for 2 months, until I came home and started waking up without morning erection, without involuntary erection, when I came back I started using pornography again and I don't know if this is a case of PIED, recently I  i am 3 days without pornography and masturbation, but when i remember the things i did to my girlfriend i get an erection or when we had sex by call, if someone can help me saying what it is it would make me relieved, it has taken my sleep, forgive me if i have any mistakes, english is not my native language

Your case does sound like a mild PIED if not a severe one. Don't panic too much- from what you've written it feels like you just need some time away from porn and masturbation and only express real intimacy with your partner and you'll be operating at optimum
