In your experience, do you respond well to phone sex with gf?

Little back story: I realized that I had a porn addiction almost 3 years ago. I have been on and off nofap with some great relapses, but overall my life has been way more successful and my relationships much more fulfilling.

I'm on my best streak at the moment, having not PMOd since 2 months and Md only once. 3 weeks ago I met this great girl and a week ago we had sex. Of course I PEd, no big deal though, we just laughed it off. I left the city for a business trip and had phone sex with that girl: she sent me sexually charged texts and I replied, and in the end we were both masturbating. I didn't feel any guilt about it, since my now gf knew what I was doing and I was only thinking of her.
But the next day I felt extremely tired and had a day long headache, my day was totally unproductive. I'm thinking it has something to do with the dopamine release. What do you think?
In your experience, have you ruled out phone sex with gf as something to be avoided because of the effects on your behavior?

I agree with u as this fourm changed my life too. Back to ur question, i hadn't experience this as im going hard mode (no pmo at all) but what i think it is a flatline. As i read a lot of people posts and from success story, when u r rebooting and u had sex, u experience flatine and withdrawal syptoms could last days or weeks, its depend on ur brain. So i strongly beleive it is a flatline and withdrawals. Dont worry its normal as i read many artciles talking about that and saying its normal. I hope u fully recover and never go back to pmo. I think you should be careful about sexting. You still get - just like with porn - aroused by a screen and satisfied by your hand. You will need to find out if this works out for you. But I can understand that you are unwilling to refuse this to your gf, because she likes to get turned on by you, too. This is a real brain teaser.
