Help

Hey guys im 15 years old and i have watched porn since i was about 10 years old.  I try everyday to stop but my mind won't let me.  Im to afraid to tell my parents.  I NEED HELP PLEASE

You don't have enough motivation to quit it seems. You've realised you've got an issue and what I've done is broken the charger on my laptop and I was able to abstain for 5 days thanks to myself removing the trigger of my self destructive behaviour (PMO). If porn is ruining your life you will soon realise PMO is not worth the damage and decide to abstain.
PS- the less you relapse the easier it gets.
