I like to keep a counter on this site to track the number of days since my last PMO.
I found an app that can do the same thing on a Smart Phone. The app is called, "Time Since Widget Lite," and it will create a small readout on your screen with number of days showing (since last PMO).
You label it anyway you want (I put "free" rather than "last PMO").
