1 month of pmo freedom

im free from pmo and mo for the last 30 days or so. i had couple of strong urges and i tried to relapse but i got stuck in this no pmo cycle.

im not delighted. life may suck with or without porn and masturbation, depending on your personality ;D

you re right, life may suck even with nofap. Personally i dont believe to so-called superpowers that are able to turn a miserable life in a success life in 1 month.
I see Nofap more as a tool that opens your eyes, it gives you opportunity to understand that with PMO you can waste your life.
Nofap makes you more grounded inside reality, more concentrated on people and real situations around you, more sefconfident since you dont hire in a fantasy world whenever stress and anxiety hits you.

it started all good with the urges and all that but in the end you turn miserable into more miserable.

i dont know what to say. i dont recommend this, keep fapping  ;D
