Hi everyone, hope you're all doing great.

A couple of days ago I did the PIED test, I got a 100% erection just by touching myself (without any other stimulation).

Do you think it is good to masturbate thinking about a girl I know? Does that count as a relapse?
Would it be better if I do it without any thought as in the test?

P.D: Meet the girl in person (we attend the same school).

Only you can tell. If masturbation affects you in any negative way (making you go watch porn, giving you lack of libido etc), it means you should give it a rest for a while.
