One Day at a Time.

Mindful Days

I had an incredible run when I made a online journal a few months back. Since then I relapsed and binged a few times. After last night I had the realization that the reason I cant start another streak is because I'm not taking it serious. Im choosing to relapse by not taking proper precautions against social media and other triggers. Rather than closing away when I run into my triggers I continue down the rabbit hole.

Today marks day one of my journey to 90 days. I achieved it last time I tried, and I will achieve it this time. As long as I post consistently and meditate daily I will not run into any issues.

@Mindful Days.

Looks like we are jacking your thread.

Day 2.  Clear.

We are shooting for 90.  Easy Peasy, Nice and Easy.  Just kidding.

I wish you a good and complete recovery!
I think that just the fact you are being able to see where are the faults is commendable and very useful.
Till the next time!

Day 3, clear.  This is like push ups.  We just have to get up and do it.

Tomorrow, day 4.

Day 6.  No problemo.  That is pseudo-Spanish for no problem.

Getting lonely on this thread.

Hey Mindful Days, how it goes?

Psyc Ops, congratulations on your motivation. Exercising really helps!

Whenever I am about to have a relapse I think about the post-exercise state. I always feel better and have the option to rethink my choices.

Cheers!
