Porn and self esteem

Ive got a question. Have any of you felt low self esteem after watching porn for a while? Like feeling not capable with women. Is it just just me or what you guys recommend.

dont worry most of us go through that, you ask your self why am i doing this for?  yeah we all know that felling, stay away from porn, study about it it will give you a new perpective and you will make the right choice. 

Yeah, everyone feels that. It is just a matter of perspective.

I have that now. It is common. Most literature out there on porn addiction will discuss this as a symptom. The more work you put in, the more confidence you will build. I suggest finding a new hobby, especially one that pushes you out of your comfort zone and with risk, so that you might build your confidence in other ways. Don't worry too much about women for now. Once you help yourself and build your confidence, women will likely come naturally and at the right time. They will be drawn to your new confidence. In fact, you're here because you care about women and want to make a change. You're actually preparing yourself to be a good husband if that's something you're hoping for in the future.

Low self esteem is super common bro - i had zero self esteem a few years back.

A reboot will improve if not completely change your view of yourself.
