Day 7 woohoo! I'm pretty happy thus far, I still gotta get through the night though.
This morning I woke up and was really wanting to do "something" not sure what it was but I ended up reading my bible and then going to workout with my trainer. That really helped. Ive been avoiding my triggers which is almost everything... I havent had any strong cravings yet.. but I know its coming but im going to reach this 90 day!
My goal is 30 day no MO and 90 day no PO
