I'm trying to follow the instructions to read this from beginning to end and not skip ahead.  Right now I'm about 7 pages in (or 7 chapters in?) and so far not very impressed.  I'm having trouble even understanding it.  Just seems like pages and pages of rambling  without getting to the point.  It reminds me of one of those videos that promises you a solution to something and keeps reiterating the same points but in the end you find out they're trying to sell you something.  I have a feeling that when this "hackbook" finally does get to the point, I will not have even realized it, I will have read the entire thing and still not known what the solution is.

And it could also use some proofreading on the punctuation.  There are a lot of places where there are commas where there should be periods and vice versa, and sentences that begin without capitalizing the first word, or where it says "the" when the author apparently meant to say "they".  -Basic stuff like that.

I read the book and I can ensure you that I'm cured from PMO. The book isn't perfect, but I guarantee that you will understand the points. Maybe the repetition is even necessary.
