I created this post to inquire about the differences between a reboot alone versus a reboot where you are in a sexually active relationship, where porn induced ED is a problem.
Can I still have sex or even oral sex with my partner?
Will sex affect my reboot?
Can I see her naked or is that a violation of rebooting?
The way I see a sexual encounter with a partner is training the brain to seek to actual women and real life interactions, in substitution for the porn. Thus, re-establishing the neural pathways caused by porn use as pathways that desire physical intimacy with a real woman. I certainly could be wrong though so please by all means correct me or provide further questions below! Thanks!
