wondering what your experiences were with withdrawal headaches.... I'm certain they're from withdrawal as I never would get headaches while I was PMOing. Just trying to get a general idea of what I'm in for and for possibly how long.
I had a few headaches early on during my reboot. It was almost like I had a constant pain above my forehead and I couldn't get it to go away, it came and went for about 3 months. The stress and anxiety I experienced after giving up PMO contributed to mine I believe. My reboot was a very, very painful process. However, it will get better with time. There is no for sure amount of time it will take.. some guys only have a few rough days, others rough weeks, others rough months. Just continue to report what happens as that is how we gather more and more data.
If your headaches are withdrawal related, they will go away in time. Your brain is trying to figure things out, and wants the stimulation it has been conditioned to get through internet porn. It will cry out for a little while before it balances back out. Let it run its course and know it is all part of the process. Be proactive and continue to do thing that are relaxing or healthy.
Make sure you are getting plenty of rest, eating healthy, and I suggest exercising several days a week.
