Break laptop screen?

I found it hard to cut the top of my foreskin so I couldn't fap any more without excruciating pain, so another idea is to break the laptop screen so I cant work. I'd not be able to watch porn and wouldn't be triggered to fap. Internet addiction would be gone and my life will get tonnes better and i wont ask my dad to fix it because im reluctant to until my reboot has finished. Good idea?

First. Do not do anything that could physically harm you like cut your dick so you can't fap.... not wise at all, many guys have recovered without doing such drastic things. That could lead to many other problems like loss of sensitivity, scaring, infection just to name a few.

Is breaking your laptop a good idea. Not in my opinion. If your urges get strong enough you will just find another device to use, or buy another one and waste money. Also, you could just give your laptop to a friend for a period of time. Or.... you could sell it and at least get money. Breaking it would be a mistake my man.

If you want to get rid of it I would support that idea, but before you do. Print out every article and tons of success stories from YBOP. Including the FAQ's. As soon as you get rid of it your mind racing and will probably start raising questions and you will want something to read to give you those answers.

Have you tried putting K9 filtering software on for some extra help?

The laptop is what you use to watch it, but what happens that results in you watching it? Is it boredom, stress, what is it? If you can be conscious of what happens to make you relapse, you can get yourself out of the situation when the urge presents itself.

Don't get down on yourself either. Try to learn something from every experience - even a relapse.

Things like that won't help you. Do you really think your issues will have gone away, once you get access to another computer later on? They won't - in fact they may be stronger than ever and chances for heavy binging are very high.

The issue is not your computer - it is your addicted brain.
