i didn't use porn, but i was really thinking about what had stimulated me to the problematic cues. my responses had weakened to them recently, and slowly but inconsistently returning from women. so i looked up a lot of youtube videos about said people just to make out what it was that actually aroused me. however i didn't escalate to them.

i remembered when that used to put me off, and i've been trying to look at them in the same way now.
i read an article on YBOP about someone who who had escalated to transsexual porn, and he advised to think about how that was initially a turn off. because the tends to brain respond in reverse or something like that. i forgot what he wrote exactly but it explains how my tastes have morphed.

A relapse is intentionally watching porn. But don't worry about it.

My only piece of advice is give the reboot a long time before contemplating what will turn you on or not. Let your brain rest, regain sensitivity, and let the addiction pathways weaken and acquired tastes fade away.

Over time you will figure out what was programmed in your brain by porn or a traumatic experience, and what innately arouses you. Give it a lot of time off before over thinking things.
