One way to tell you're "sick"

The daughter of Al Toon, an ex NFL football star whom I used to root for, is murdered. In the article it mentions that she was a former standout volleyball star for the University of Michigan. So what do I do? I search the internet hoping to find and view images of her in those skimpy volleyball shorts.

I never wanted to be a pervert, but I've come to grips with the fact that a pervert is what I've become.

Porn takes us down really dark alleyways. For me, it's best to avoid all triggers from the onset, especially when you're at this early point in your recovery. Anything that lead to arousal, just turn the other way and RUN. You know how your mind rationalizes and tricks you. It's trying to get its hit. Plus, searching in itself is what the mind is craving, not so much the actual pleasure of release. Put better habits in place and know your triggers.

I totally agree with this. Staying away from the triggers are really important.
