Please Help! Started reboot Jan 2021

Hey everyone. Firstly, thank you all for taking the time to read this! I am looking for some advice and to see if anyone is having similar experiences as me. I started this reboot in Jan 2021. I have had many questions but will keep this short post and relevant to my current questions. Whenever I try and have sex, I cannot get hard unless A) We cuddle for awhile and then I get them to B) rub themselves.
