Has anyone seen a sex therapist for their PIED?

Hello family I recently seen my doctor and she recommended to see a sex therapist for my PIED. Is this a waste of time? What do you think they?ll say or do? The reason is because I don?t want to pay a sex therapist to tell me the things I already know

Ive been to 5 different type and different person doctors. they all prescribe and think different things. the point is that there is not widespread general approach for PIED. the only solution is to abstain from porn/masturbation and listen to Gabe Deem
