My journey with PIED (journal)

Hi all,

It?s been a long time coming. I?ve suffered from PIED since I was 23 (28 now), but have been PMOing since I was 13. I?ve read about PIED and tried to reboot, but never could get farther than two weeks. I?m at a stage now that I can make it during sex with cialis, but can really only last in missionary. I know that a reboot can help since my two week reboot allowed me to have sex with cialis in multiple positions- however, that?s not good enough. It?s time to get rid of my PIED once and for all and learn to have sex normally again.

Some other facts.. I started my reboot last Thursday, do I?ve spent all 2021 fap free haha. So today is day 5!

Looking forward to updating this!

About to finish up day 7.  Everything went well- only thing I?m a little mad at myself about is I watched some ?sexually explicit ? tiktoks today. Not on purpose, they just popped onto my feed. Will try to avoid social media apps for a while to avoid any urges.

About to finish day 10!  I can definitely feel a flat line coming. But so far things have been good. Just trying my hardest to reach the first milestone of 30 days!

You're doing great! The most difficult part is getting a run started. 10 days is an immense feat!

Keep going!!!

Appreciate the support everyone! Just finished up day 12. Today was by far the easiest day. I deleted all social media (tiktok, Instagram) so I don?t see anything too provocative to ruin my streak. Add in the addition of what I think is a flat-line, and the day was easy.

Day 14 in the book. Still no substantial changes, but I almost had a wet dream last night so that was a good sign. This has actually been relatively easy the last few days. Hopefully it continues. On to week three!

Hey Lance,

Keep up the positive attitude, it definitely helps! Keep pushing and give yourself time. Remind yourself of the detrimental effects of PMO and use that as motivation to stay strong. I also recommend reading a post by Phineas which helps to address urges. You can find the post on my journal or on Phineas' post in success stories.

Thanks bud! I will definitely check that out. I had some urges last night, but they still aren?t anything too big. Just made it to 21 days yesterday so excited about that! One more week until its been a month!!
