How I easily fixed my ED

I'm not sure if I'm fullt rebooted but I've been watching porn since i was 12. Now I'm 22 and for the last 2 years I've had a hard time getting my sword hard.

What I did was to completely stop with porn. Stop with M and O.
It worked fine and I could feel it getting better for each day.

First problem: Blue balls. I was kissing this girl and I got hard. This was 1 week after PMO.
After I got home my balls hurt so much. So since it kept coming Evert time I kissed a girl I decided to do the M so I could O. But I was not thinking of porn.

This is working and I've only done this for one month.

What I think matters
1. Stop watching porn
2. Stop M so frequently
3. Never M and O just because ur bored or stressed. Do it only when u are super horny and do it while thinking of real girls and not porn acts.

I guess I don't get boners like when I was 14 yet but what can you expect from one month of rebooting program after 10 years of P addiction. All I need to do now is to start getting intimate with girls or touch myself a bit to get hard.

Only thing that remains is morning Wood to be strong and hard, not like a varm hot dog.
I only M when I need to, (blue balls)

Your ideas are so correct. Porn is the main problem, M to often second. The porn is what causes the too frequent M , and creates a viscous cycle. When I was a kid teen I was horny all the time and M without porn. As I got older I used Mags to M. The Internet caused me to M then I wasn't ready to cum again. This lead to overload and decreased erections when with my SO. No fap a has shown to be a cure for me, no,pills needed.

I also agree with these, but would add even a few more caveats to #3 -- thinking of real girls? How about refraining from objectifying them?  This can lead to bad habits that impede your ability to see them as PERSONS. Make sure you M only to remembered experiences.
