Hey Everyone,
It's been 2 months since I checked this forum I kept my streak for more than 60 days but then I gave in. The guilt was overwhelming and because of that I couldn't not post anything on this forum. I thought I was going great but this sudden failure made me realise all the failures that I have gone through. It was so frustrating but now, now I want to come clean again. So, I will be building up walls and will also focus on identifying the triggers.
