Any tips/advice
« on: March 01, 2021, 01:34:58 AM »
Hello new member here. I am a 41 year old Canadian who is suffering from severe pied.Am a very healthy athletic guy.  Been watching porn since I was young teenager to vhs,DVD magazines etc.. never had any serious issues tell maybe when I was 38. Last couple of years been really addicted to watching high speed Internet porn. Usually 2-3 times a day for a couple of years. Had a couple relationships where I couldn’t get erect for some reason. Was thinking there might be something physically wrong with me while in this period I didn’t think there was still anything wrong with watching Internet porn.Decided to go to a doctor to ask why I have Ed. Did all the test and told me everything is fine that it is physiological and to take some viagra pills to gain more confidence in myself. Finally maybe a year and a half into this I finally ran into babe deem yourself brain on porn that I realized porn was my problem.

So I stopped watching internet porn for 3 months. Finally started to date a girl. Went to a park for a walk with her ended up kissing and in my pants I had a full erection going. Tried a viagra pill had sex with her was fully erect but didn’t feel natural as I had delayed ejaculation. Another time I had sex with her and I was semi erect. Third day in with her I couldn’t get it up everything went dead. Tried a couple more times and still the same story. She ended up leaving me. I went to watch porn for a couple of days after and could get it up to some degree but still wasn’t the same. Ended up taking another 3 months off from porn. Went back to watching porn for a couple days again and then stopped all together. Hooked up with another girl. Same story couldn’t get it up. Girl left me after a while. Felt massive depression and anxiety for a while. After her I took another 3-4 months away from porn and still couldn’t get hard. I tried watching a little porn to see if I could get any interest back to my penis still no response. Again went to the doctor got all the test done told me everything is absolutely fine that I am healthy as can be that it is in my head.

So it has been over 10 months when I have stopped watching internet porn on a regular bases.
Now I have zero interest to watching internet porn. When I see a cute girl I feel like to have sex in my head but physically I feel I am incapable of doing so. My penis is lifeless right now. I probably averaged 2 morning erections a month and those are not even fully hard.

Was there any tips or any type of advice any of you guys could give me to break this cycle? I know this stuff varies from person to person but how much longer could this go on for?

Hi Pinball-glad you have shared your story and made this decision.  I have a question:  You said you haven't watched for 10 months "on a regular basis."  Do you mean to say there has been no watching, or just reduced watching?

Well there has been no watching for every 3 month period or so after that I went to Look at Instagram models for 2-3 days to see if things were improving with my erections. I did that 3 month period like 3 or 4 times I actually started this at the end of last year March. Weird that my progress was better in may-June then it was in Jan-feb of this year. At least before the erections would come every so often but now they are literally invisible. Very frustrating as I am really taking care of myself with working out, meditation, eating right, going for walks etc.. last week I just started to use some Chinese herbs which has really improved my mood but still nothing with my erections. Tried even going to see a sex therapist a couple of times but find that not one of them has any real experience with porn induced erectile dysfunction. Really don’t know what else or where to go from here.
