I try to remind people that when the wife hits menopause, she will need hormone treatment. Have her see the doc.
My solution is one in which you build momentum. If you relapse, or just look at several nude pics, (welcome to instagram) just remove links for that app or website. If you are seeing stuff on the computer, take days off if you can. Any slow down or absence from porn, can build momentum to not view the stuff.
Find other stimulating things you like such as movies that you like.

Thanks Olafthewise :) i have loads of interests and stuff, running, weights, guitar, I enjoy working on cars and can fix pretty much anything if I'm in the mood. I live for music and love to see live shows.

I realise porn is a total waste of fn time on  this planet and rather than say I have been robbed by porn, I hold my hands up and say i willingly surrounded my time.

But I agree with you, do other things, replace and build momentum. Sitting in a room trying to not watch porn is not the way.

I realise my main struggle is at night, I try to tire myself so I sleep.

But atm it's ok, so that's not bad.
