Uncontrollable porn fantasy during reboot

Hey guys,

I've been on a streak for 120 days. But during the last week im plagued with thoughts of porn fantasy and uncontrollable urges. It is so bad that even the slightest thought of porn just makes me come. One day I even went out for a walk just to walk the thoughts off, but even then they haunted me, I had to stop walking because the feeling of my dick rubbing against my pants made me wanna come. I've orgasmed 4 times this week and it just doesn't go away. What can I do against it? Do I have to reset my counter? I'm just lost that after so long no PMO, something this stupid fucks up my reboot

First of all, congratulations on your reboot. 120 days is no small feat and you should be extremely proud of yourself. I envy you. Second, are you cumming involuntarily due to thoughts or are you actually touching yourself? If it is the latter, you need to stop immediately. The brain wants you to relapse and enabling it will only make things worse. If it is the former, then I wouldn't worry too much, honestly. It sounds as though your brain is desperately trying to get you to relapse to porn and even the slightest hint of stimulation makes it antsy. Don't fantasize about porn or using. It'll only make things worse. If you're simply cumming involuntarily due to thoughts or slight stimulation, then I imagine that it will go away in time. The brain wants what the brain wants and it will do anything to get it. As long as you aren't using porn, you brain will continue to improve. Finally, don't become discouraged. Don't view this as a failure or an end to a streak because that will only lead to depression and guilt which will send you down the rabbit hole of relapse. Everyone falls down at some point during a reboot. The important matter is whether or not you pick yourself back up and continue. Learn your triggers and think about what you could have done differently and can do moving forward. You'll be ok. I'm rooting for you. Good luck.

Agreed.  If you're not doing anything willfully, then you're doing good.  Don't reset your counter unless you're actually doing something to encourage it.

Think of it as a little victory.  Your porn addiction is rising to the surface, flopping around, writhing, trying to get your attention.  If you kept it happy it wouldn't do that, but you aren't so it is looking for attention.  This means you're doing things well.
