Man, yesterday was hard.

My fiancé wasn't home, she's visiting her parents and seeing her doctor.
It was hard to not enough to trigger a porn binge.

I was successful. Bring on the alone time now.

This weeks has been really hard for me.

I haven't been personally affected by this yet, but there are things that has happened that most don't really know about.

Google has decided that if you have the wrong opinion on different things, you can't be monetized anymore, and it is really depressing me. YouTube use to be something the helped people express themselves, and talk about things, but they are pretty much saying no to anybody with a controversial opinion.

I'm not going to watch porn, but this has really bothered me. Everybody uses google, and most people watch YouTube.

It's going well.

I've been learning some great meditative techniques to keep me founded in the moment, and I started to take more control in my life, which has definitely helped.

My relationship with my fiancé has been getting better and better, though we had a huge rough patch around 9 months ago, where she needed to change her OCD meds. I started to really learn those meditative techniques. There was a lot of praying at that time, to help me stay sane.

The last year has been really interesting though, being more active in online culture, and looking into politics again. I'm becoming a fairly popular blogger, discussing some of the stupid stuff politicians do (I have over 800 followers on a website called Minds.com). Sometimes, things can happen that stress me out, but those meditative techniques and writing about them help a huge amount.

I even wrote a blog that Gary Wilson and a neuroscientist named Debra Soh liked on twitter, that was the highlight of my day.

I definitely will, but I understand my audience. I usually do something on mental health week. The next time will be the International Men's Day. Since men have a much higher rate of suicide, usually 75+ percent of all suicides in the first world are men, and I've went from suicidal to fairly healthy after NoFap, I'll be talking about that. So my blog on Nov. 19th this year will be all about that.

It’s interesting what’s been going on in my life recently.

I think everybody can tell, I’ve started to fight Politically Correct culture. I guess I was always going go down that line. For the longest time, I didn’t like how feminism taught people, especially unforgiveness.

https://www.16personalities.com/intj-personality

I’m an INTJ, so everything for me in always analyzing, strategizing and adapting to my environment. Feminism, IMO, makes women really scared of men, so many women see men as a potential predator. I would bungle up trying to start a relationship with a woman until I found my Fiancée, and that would lead me to the ‘adapting’ behaviour of porn, which was slowly taking away from my energy, drive and ambition. To an INTJ, energy, drive, and ambition is everything - when you can’t get up to work on your goals, something is very wrong with you - which is why I joined NoFap in the beginning. I couldn’t work and focus on my goals.

I’ve changed since I started.

Now, things are going much, much better. I’m focusing my energies not on coping with no relationship because I have a great one - so I’m focusing my energy on that relationship. I’m also focusing my energy into an hour of prayer and Bible reading every single day, which is also helping.

I’m also focusing on reading a lot of books. From Milo Yiannopoulos’s book Dangerous to books on GamerGate, Communism, Nazism and many other ‘politically incorrect’ things, because I’m focusing my energy to fight political correctness.

I’m also working on making my country, Canada, great again. Yes, I’m invoking Donald Trump, and if you don’t like it, good.  ;D

I’m going to come around more often, to connect with everybody more. Have a great day guys!

It was definitely between 14 and 20 days for memory issues.
Around 30 days for depression and energy levels.
50 days for PIED.

I just wanted to post up my journal/acknowledgement for help

Today, I seem to just want to watch porn. It’s driving me mad this morning. Nothing seems to help, so I coming here. I’m on day 78 in my streak right now, and I don’t want to waste anything more.

Kurall_Creator,

Keep up the good fight, and congrats on being almost 80 days free from porn.  You can beat those urges.  Remember, no matter how intense the urges get, they will eventually pass and when they pass you'll feel good about yourself.  One thing I have found that works when those urges really hit is praying intensely.  When you see the porn pictures in your head of women you looked at in the past, begin to pray for those women, pray for their souls and pray that they be released from the clutches of porn.  It takes the temptation and turns it into something positive and I find the temptation then leaves pretty quickly.

You are doing great, keep up the fight!  I am praying for you....
Rex
