i never had a problem with getting an erection during sex before now. me and my girlfriend tried 3 times and every time i just end up losing the erection. i was thinking i have porn induced ed but ive had sex with with almost 23 other girls in my past and never had a problem with them. so why is it happening now? would it make more since if i have performance anxiety seeing how its with this one girl? idk whether i should tell my gf or not either... btw ive been watching porn since i was 14 and watching it more when i was 17. i know i may not watch it as much as others but currently i masturbate at least once a day, sometimes twice.

Porn-Induced ED can take years to develop. That was the case for me. I had several sexual partners through my teens and early twenties but it wasn't until I was 23 that my porn-induced ED got really bad and I noticed. So it may be that you just took a while to develop it.

Can you masturbate without porn or porn fantasy?

If you can achieve an erection easily without porn then I would say it is probably anxiety related or a combination of PIED and anxiety. Either way a reboot can't hurt.

With your sexual experience I doubt it is performance anxiety.

I always suggest being completely open and honest. The key is to keep it on the brain science and make sure she knows it has nothing to do with your attraction to her, or desire for you, but that you just need time to reboot your brain. Just my advice.

For most of my life I hardly ever watched porn more than once or twice a day. Usually once in the morning and once at night. A lot of guys with PIED only did it once or twice a day... so yes, this frequency can and does cause sexual dysfunctions. Not saying it for sure is your problem, but a reboot can't hurt. Try it and see what happens. If you find it hard to stay away from porn that indicates addiction, if your ED goes away that indicates porn was the cause.

ok, well ive gone a week with out porn in the past and that was kinda hard, i had these really strong urges and just ended up giving in. i always said just one more time and im done, but thats not true so im guessing its an addiction?
