I want sooo bad to look at P but I'm trying hard not to. Its been 7 days since my last PMO. Please I really want to at least reach 30 days and go from there but this is a lot harder than i thought!! Please give me advise. Should I not send dirty pictures??? How can I stop myself from wanting to PMO its only been a week!!!

take a conscious choice.
try to get back your control.
mental focus and concentration is required.

avoid triggers
avoid fantasy
avoid lying to your self.

why don't you tell every thing to your husband ?

create a very open relationship with your husband.
you both can discuss this issue , and ask him too, how can I reboot from this.

hiding this and making secrets , makes this addiction worse.

try to get it out.
come here regularly , and post your experience.
talk with your husband

go to doctor, if you are in serious depression or some thing like that.
join supports groups.

some supports groups offer free telemeetings.
you can join the conferences through phone calls.

you have to open this , instead of hiding it.

take it out and get your control back.
best of luck

if its a potential trigger which leads you towards PMO.

just avoid it.

you have to leave some time to get another.
this is the reality of life.
so just leave one pleasure to get pleasure of freedom and liberation.

I think that when when we're trying to avoid PMO, it is a good idea to evaluate carefully our activities.  Some things, like taking pictures for your husband, which might be harmless if you were not in the midst of your current struggle, can be a trigger.  So I would avoid it because it  got you aroused, and  -- big problem --> your husband was not there.

Think about the things that are potential triggers and avoid them.  Avoid activities that get you aroused when your husband is not with you, and make sure he is present whenever you do something that is likely to cause arousal, and try to confine your states of arousal to intimate times with him.  I think this will help.

Also, when you are alone, don't let your mind focus on sex on porn, etc.  Re-focus your mind and occupy yourself with other thoughts and other tasks.  Also, take a look at the articles on yourbrainonporn.com about how to reboot and avoid PMO.  Lots of good tips there.

exactly , you should avoid those things which lead you towards PMO.
you have to analyze your self.

I'm going to echo what others have said.  Find out your triggers, what really made you want to want PMO, and eliminate it.   Take cold showers too!!

Another great idea is get a porn blocker and tell your husband to create the password.   :)

This is a very popular one :   http://www1.k9webprotection.com/
