penis exercises and whether or not to continue
« on: March 20, 2015, 01:23:09 PM »
I'm new to this forum, and I can see the benefits i can gain from this. I'm hoping everything works out for me.

Anyways, I'm on a penis workout regiment that requires a lot of pulling, tugging, and jelqing. A lot of it requires me to do a lot of tugging half erect.
should i continue this if I'm still trying to reboot?

I did kegels in the beginning and stopped. When you are trying to reduce stimulants, it is definitely good to stop working out for a while.
After all, all it took was time to get back to full erections. Currently, I am seriously suffering of the worst random boners of my life.
This situation is worse than high school :)

I'm not sure mysef, but I would err on the side of caution. I'd stop all forms of PE until you feel that you've healed from PIED. That is assuming you're here because you suffer from PIED.

Yeah i do suffer PIED, and it really sucks. I didn't even know this was the root of my problems until recently.

As far as the regiments goes, do having those boners for the workouts actually harm the reboot process? or is it the thought of porn that ruins the reboot? because i though if you're able to get a boner naturally without porn or the thought of it, it's actually beneficial.
