« on: March 11, 2015, 02:28:52 AM »
Hi

I'm 18 started looking at pics and vida of all kind at around 13. At around 14 I stopped for about a year amd 8 months. Suddenly a trigger appeared and I started looking and masturbating again. :-[. I managed to hold it off for another 9 months and then it got really strong...now i do it multiple times a week sometimes multiple times a day.

I keep on wanting to stop and its so hard. Right now its only been 2 days and already im craving it again. What am I going to do...im in senior year so no time for anything :'(

Hey Stronghound,

Welcome to the forum! Be not dismayed. Been there. Addicted for forty years. Now free and counting. I'm so glad you're getting free sooner than I did.

It was very brave of you to post immediately after relapsing. That kind of honesty and integrity are crucial. I am proud of you.

I'm going to share with you William's post, which I found amazingly helpful. Here's the link.

It's got links within the links, all of which are crucial.

It took time for me to get the right start. Even the "false starts" were things I learned a lot from, that helped me tremendously. They weren't really false at all, just part of the process.

You can do this. We can help. And we care. You are not alone in this. Keep posting. We want to know how you're doing.
