Seeing progress but confused
« on: January 29, 2015, 02:11:50 PM »
First time poster. I've been married for five years and we just had our first child 5 months ago.  During pregnancy my wife was not into sex at all, so I binged sometimes three times a day to deal with the stress.  I've been addicted to porn for about 6 years but never had problems with erections.  After the baby when she was willing to have sex again I realized I had PIED!  I could not maintain an erection with her at all.  I stumbled on this site after a little research and decided to try a reboot.  I started on 12-19-14 and went 41 days straight with no PMO.  I went immediately into flatline for about a week with no morning wood or desires at all.  I started getting morning woods again at about 60% after about 8 days and got spontaneous erections after about 2 weeks.  I MO soon after with no fantasy just light touching and went into another 2-3 day flatline.  Woke up with about 75% morning wood and got hit with a chaser effect.  Didn't give in but blocked all internet access and deleted Facebook, YouTube, and all other novelty apps out of fear of PMO relapse.  Went to today with no PMO or MO AND getting 80% to 100% morning woods.  Looking online today ran across hot chick and actively sought out and PMO'd today.  Absolutely no excuses on my part Was wondering how bad I fucked up today and if anybody else has done this and not had to start over from day one? I know I need to hold fast and not binge just wondering if this will start me over and how far I'm set back.  Also wanted to say thanks brothers and keep fighting the good fight!

The only thing that goes back to day one is your counter, most people relapse once during their reboot so don't worry, keep going and you will be healed and that's all that matters.

Just learn from the relapse. Remember what your trigger was and if it arises again youll know what to do (or what NOT to do).
