Will I still recover if I fap once per month?

Hello guys Im wondering will I still recover if I fap once per month for 3 months or more? how much will it make the recovery process to slow down?

It will adversely impact you if you do it to porn or remember porn while doing it. But if you don’t, this may depend on how old you are and how highly you associate fapping with porn. For many of the guys under 30 fapping is so highly associated with porn watching that it’s hard to split the two and they’ve found benefits from completely abstaining long term. For them fapping brings back too many porn associations and conditioning. However, for the older guys that started to fap before high speed Internet porn existed, it is less of an issue. They associate it with porn far less if at all and developed more innocent habits of doing it without the aid of porn. Even then doing it a lot would probably hold up the reboot. So depends which category you are in. Personally for me, 49 days into reboot, I’ve found doing it once every two or so without porn actually helps revive me a bit. But then I’m late 30s.

Im 27 and I rebooted for 93 days off porn masturbation 2 years ago, and it improved. i dont have big urges to watch porn currently. just saying just masturbation. will it still have effect if i minimize porn to zero and fap like 1 month or so for 6 months?

It seems like it’s different for everybody but guys have likely been masturbating since before we split off from the apes so I can hardly think doing it once a month would cause a problem providing it doesn’t make you chase after porn again. Personally once every few weeks I feel actually does me good (if no real sex available of course) but when I did it on consecutive days a while back it set me back and made me flatline a bit. Weird. The only way to know is monitor yourself and work out whether it’s right for you.
