Day 16 at January 12
Completed two weeks. Now just 5 days need to make 21 days.
As neurologist say, to conquer any addiction leave it for 21 days.
Its not about stopping. Its about to accept that you are stopped it.

Half off the day is gone good. I am controlling myself.
On an advice of my friend I am counting my reboot in months. So my reboot is started at 28 December 2019 to 28 December 2020.
So I am at day 17 today with 2 relapses.
This is the first month 17th day. My reboot is of 12 months.
Its not about stopping. Its about to accept that you are stopped it.

Day 33
A Wet dream today.
Day by day my feelings are increasing about family and friendship.
I am feeling my emotions after 6 years.
I am feeling normal.
Before this I am all time thinking about only sex, and nothing else.
I lost many relations, but now I am happy that I am on a recovery track.
Its not about stopping. Its about to accept that you are stopped it.

You can. 30 + is a huge accomplishment. When i knew i would relapse and nothing would stop me from watching porn, masturbating without porn was often my last exit . I know people have mixed feelings on masturbating while recovery, but for me it was still better than watching porn and with time i could work on also cutting masturbation out of my life, so i can fully heal. Keep the chaser effect in mind.
I dont wanna open this door for you, when you are saying, you dont wanna masturbate. You still know, whats best for you.
It cant go on like this. Kick this addiction out of your life definetly. You will make it.

I've tried that too somewhere in the past. I masturbated to avoid watching porn but I didn't like it because it started a flatline that lasted days (and before masturbating I was feeling on top of the world). Also the chaser effect was killing me and I was this close to switching to porn. It's strange that when I have hard urges I also feel great but when I don't have urges I feel like shit.

Don't be hard on yourself. 33 days is significant progress. You can definitely repeat it but beware of binges. Binging is the worst thing you can do after a relapse. A less harmful relapse in my opinion is short in period and not follow by a binge. Don't edge for hours. If you relapse, spend only 15 minutes with porn then walk away and start the streak again. I know it's hard because the chaser effect is very strong. It makes you want to edge more or masturbate to porn again and again but it's crucial to resist.

I know how hard is it,I experienced it before.
I encourage you to continue the road to whole life recovery.
Analyse your relapse, what did you do but you shouldn't do ?
What didn't you do and you should do?
What is the plan for safety in the future to avoid repetition of such experience ?
