Day 16 at January 12
Completed two weeks. Now just 5 days need to make 21 days.
As neurologist say, to conquer any addiction leave it for 21 days.
Its not about stopping. Its about to accept that you are stopped it.

I am sad because I am at day 1 again but i need to remember that i did it for 16 days. It's a good streak.
Now if I start now then I can do it this time also.

Half off the day is gone good. I am controlling myself.
On an advice of my friend I am counting my reboot in months. So my reboot is started at 28 December 2019 to 28 December 2020.
So I am at day 17 today with 2 relapses.
This is the first month 17th day. My reboot is of 12 months.
