I responded to alone ness urge.  And i relapsed at end of day. This urge is from night.
Day 1 at november 18

Feeling good that i am on way again.  Relapse can't stop me.
my goal is to complete day 1 first.
i take it as first step of rebooting:
step 1:
today i need to understand that pmo actually leading a problem in my life.
just i think that its impossible for me to nofap because i am relapsing frequently, but successful rebooters knows that its possible.
at this step 1 i need to take a strong decision to do reboot.
at this stage i must know about basics of rebooting and nature of urges.
from today i am going to write each and every thing that helping me in my reboot.

After relapsing today I not sad enough to think everything is wrong now.
Tomorrow is A new chance for me. From tomorrow I should do it.
From nov 18 to dec 18 . It's a month journey I am planning.
And i know this is my life's biggest adventure journey. Because I am going to win against myself. Creating new mindset of winner.

I look at this relapse as a hole in my boat.  And I need to fix it
And first thing I did is I learned this relapse. How it is started from afternoon today. And  at end I relapsed.

The porn is not my real problem.
The mindset is problem. From now I focusing on creating a correct mindset and a correct pathway to reach my goal.

Yes I am at half way,  I can do it again. I know I will not repeat my mistakes again.

Starting again but with a positive thinking. In this last 19 days i fapped only two times.
It means it's a 17 days reboot for me.
Relapsing shows me my week points. And I overcome it now.

That's the mindset to have. Avoid binges because binges drain you and mess up your brain. If it happens to relapse, do it only once and don't edge for hours. A 15 minutes PMO session is not 5 hours of edging. Only 2 PMO in 19 days is significant. I wish I could say the same (but this is another story). Anyway, like you said, every relapse teaches you things. Pay attention to them.
