Any thoughts to avoid porn or sexy stuff on twitter?
Thanks

mr_redstar:
I had a bad day. Or I can call it a slip today.
This morning when I woke up, before getting out of bed I started to check twitter.
And with some urge, I suddenly wanted to check the few big tits girls if their profile are updated with new posts.
Then I felt this dopamine flowing in my head, and continued to browse those big tits girls' videos and pics. It's about 10 minutes before I finally managed to close the browser and get out of bed.

I guess the lesson is that after waking up, I should get out of bed and start my day immediately :)

I understand that porn is even more harmful than MO. The best is to avoid porn completely.

I guess you have to stay away from it. If you have urges to go to Twitter and look for stuff, recognize when the urge starts and make an effort to stay away from searching for shit. I don't know Twitter almost at all but I like Youtube. Not to use it for mindlessly scrolling through novelty, I like to watch stuff there (that I'm interested in). However, it's impossible to be on Youtube and avoid triggers completely. I had to learn that, if I chose to be on Youtube, I invited triggers to into my day. After a binge, I can handle it. I look away, I don't indulge in triggers but after about a week, I can't do this anymore. Things get on fire. As much as it feels like it sucks to give up something, at the end of the day I had to ask myself: "What's your priority right now? What do you really want?" And the answer was clear: "I want to quit P addiction." "Okay, if you want to quit P addiction then what are you going to do about it?" I made quitting my no. 1 priority and I will be doing everything it takes. Fuck Youtube, Twitter and all that shit. They are not no. 1 priority for me, as much as I hate having to miss the fun.

When you are in recovery don't use Twitter , instagram , Facebook. Without it use YouTube . after 10 or 20 days you able to use Twitter or other social media for your work only .
