KEGEL EXERCISES FOR REBOOTING !!!!!

Hi everyone,

Im not a big storyteller and this is my first POST,thats why i gonna be straight to the point! And english is not my mother language...

Im 26 and i was addicted to porn from an  early age(14 years)and i had ED from a few years. I found this site 1 year ago and i started my rebooting.

I did 120 days without porn or fantasy/sex! So after 3 months i decided to have some sex with some girls and i did,but my eretions were 50%. Ohh

man,i was so mad...and i start rebooting again.

In the same time I found a site about KEGEL exercises or in yoga MULA BHANDA http://www.yogaforums.com/forums/f37/the-secrets-and-science-of-mula-bhanda-7673.html

So after 2 weeks of Kegel with no masturbation or fantasies, i had my strongest erection while kissing a girl. Believe me that i was amaze and she too(cuz she was controlling my size) :)))

I think that by practicing KEGEL and no sex/masturbate/porn/fantasies the rebooting will be much shorter.

I didn't have morning woody's untill i start doing KEGEL right my wake up's(without open my eyes or get down from bed). Only after 20 contractions i got hard.

Now,the more you do the better and fast you reboot! Do 1000 contraction in the morning and 1000 in the night or everywhere you can and have time,just do them!

Start with 200 morning time and each day add a 100 more!

READ THE SITE FOR A BETTER EXPLANATION ABOUT THE CONTRACTION's!

I wish to everyone to heal them self as soon as possible from ED and that porn addiction,cuz its just a illusion and a sick fantasy!

Hi, I watched the videos of the kegel exercises and its a very good option imo! I wanted to know if you had similar issues as mine...I can stay hard, but not too long while wearing a condom. If condom is removed, I do just fine. I wonder how I can solve this issue. I've yet to reach my goal of no PMO for a full year. So far, I get morning erections, instant erections, without any touch...I wonder if I need more time. Or is there something I should do now?

Yes i get the same as you,when i put the condom it is going flaccid...

Go on this site and read...after im doing this meditation,im better. But still i have some problems with my sleep in the morning that i cant wake up easily,i just need more time to get out of bed. And this is the dopamine level...
