Looking forward to the 19th PMO free day.  Had an around 60% morning wood this morning.

I am making an effort to exercise every day and quit alcohol. Hopefully that will help with the recovery.

Day 20 no PMO no problem. Had a weak morning wood again this morning.

In the past, if I PMO-ed in the previous day, the next morning I typically would have a strong wood.  Not sure why.

Day 20 was interesting.  Had a sort of wet dream(didn't O in the dream) during nap. Then M-ed in the dream at night. I was regretting about the M during the dream and about losing the 20 days streak. I am glad when I woke up all is well.

It looks something interesting is brewing in my brain.

I am not even thinking about Porn anymore everyday. In the past, there would be a big urge to watch some P whenever I was alone.
I am getting essentially a couple of hours time back by not doing PMO.

25 days now no PMO. I will never reset the counter!

Day 26:

Today has been quite challenging.  I ogled at ladies at the gym or in the street. Urges have been strong. But my penis doesn't feel anything.

I guess patience is a big part of this journey.  I got to be more patient instead of "when does my dick start working?".

You are doing great, allforone.

What is going on (or not) "down there" brought us all here in the first place. In my experience,  the real healing did not come for months. Ninety days seems to be realistic for the first real gains, and longer for some, so, yes, patience is the key. Keep counting and keep writing it down here.

You might want to consider keeping your focus on the next calendar milestone, and remove any PMO triggers you can and replace nothing time with  things like exercise. Waiting for your dick to respond is like watching a kettle before the water boils. Your dick will tell you when your brain wiring is being restored.

-jj (989 days no PMO and still counting)

Here comes my 30 days mark.  Going strong. I loathe the shameful feeling and will not let my sex drive take control for ever.

I am grateful to this forum and the fellow rebooters' support.

Day 32:

Day 32 is going to be a clean day for sure.  Since I am 43 years old now, I plan to set my next goal to be getting 43 days no PMO. I was told it is easier if I just set up smaller manageable goals.  Haha let's see!  :) :D ;D

I had an exotic dream last night. I thought I ejaculated in the dream but I found my boxer was dry in the morning. Strange but I take this as a good sign of a coming wet dream!

Day 33:

Good thing: no desire for porn at all! I am surprised! Moving forward in this direction, I don't see myself indulge into Porn in the future.
Not so good: It seems my penis has no feeling these few days. No morning wood.  I ogle at ladies a lot but it is like my penis declares the ogling has nothing to do with him! Really I don't like this situation. I want my buddy to come back to life so eagerly.
Patience! Patience! Patience!

Day 34:

I am not sure whether I should continue the hard mode but anyway I had sex & O with my partner today. My penis was responsive but very sensitive so it only lasted maybe two minutes lol. My partner is very supportive though.

I am doing 2 hours exercise every other day which I am sure helped a lot!

Day 36:

I struggled to get asleep at night. Didn't fell asleep until after 5am and was playing with fire. This website and the cold turkey software on my laptop saved me! I am grateful to you guys!

No PM 36 days clean! I am glad the counter continues!

Day 37 :

Cruised through. I just ogled at girls from time to time but no other triggers could actually touch me.

I went to the gym twice today and spent 4 hours there. However I went to drink and eat a lot after the evening gym trip. I think i need to start a no alcohol counter, too.

Day 38:
Had a very stressful night. Didn't sleep until 5am. I was very close to a relapse. My hand was already touching my penis. Again this website and the counter saved me! I was thinking I would need to reset the counter and finally I gave up the idea for a relapse.

I now understand I tend to indulge myself into some PMO fun when I am stressed. I should try to first avoid stressful situation and secondly be prepared for the next coming stress. I almost did it today! luckily I still have my counter intact!
