Meditating is an extremely powerful and easy tool to cripple stress and negativity. I used to do it between.... somewhere end 2016/beginning 2017 until February/March 2018. I used to do it daily - it was magnificent. What helps even more is combining it with physical exercise - such as fitness and running. In the morning I would start the day with some at home fitness such as push ups, sit ups and squats) and in the evening I would meditate.

I felt really, really strong. I helped me to get rid of urges and decrease thinking about sex. Hm. Might pick it up again.

Good reminder, yeah meditation plus exercise is awesome. Going to aim to really give it my all tomorrow (going to meditate in the morning). I had a powerful craving tonight and just worked out until it went away. For me meditation in the morning and exercise later is good.
And yeah, why not do it again?

I actually picked up the work out routine again. The routine is easy, takes about 25 minutes to do - but it is a full body work out. Did it Saturday, did yesterday and will do it tomorrow again.

Make sure youre not influencing these dreams. Are they images of your porn fetishes?

If you realize one coming on while sleeping try and wake up just like you would with a bad dream.

Eventually it becomes habit.

Hi guys,

the reason why I started having wet dreams a few weeks ago is simple.
my glans had become very sensitive, since I kept my glans always covered by the skin, so in the morning during the morning wood, my sensitive glans made contact with my underpants and this caused me a great excitement that made me have a wet dream .
then I started making my glans less sensitive, keeping it uncovered during the day.
the result was 2 weeks with only one wet dreams! a great result!

but for some days now I have started to have too many wet dreams ....
I suppose the reason for too many wet dreams comes from this problem: for months I didn't have erections, so my pubococcygeus muscle must have weakened.
weak pubococcygeus muscle causes frequent urination and premature ejaculation.
so for a week now I've been starting to do kegel exercises and I hope this is the solution to my too many wet dreams !!

No need to worry, wet dreams are normal and natural. But  It doesn't mean you are weird or unhealthy if you haven't had them by a certain time. It doesn't mean there is a problem with your penis or semen. Its totally normal at your age.
