Have been feeling pretty down the past little while, I’m hoping I can clear up some things and do better moving forward though.

Keep up the good work!!! I would erase all browser history, get rid of social media (temporarily until you recover) go out into the real world and have fun.. Be active and productive... You have to stay busy and block out all of porn flashbacks in your head that will try to urge you to PMO... Ignore and every time wether you find a hobby, working or just doing something productive.... I have done this reboot process for 3 years in a row and in 2017 I made it to 64 days which was 10 weeks.... Then relapsed when I made the huge mistake on going back to social media then relapsed.. Trust me your better off without it...... Keep on trucking and try to post how many days you are on every time you post ข่าวกีฬาออนไลน์
